A small deposit confirms your trip, with the rest payable before your adventure begins.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand plans can change! If you need to cancel, refunds depend on when you inform us. Closer to the trip date, higher charges may apply. If we ever have to cancel (weather, safety, or other reasons), you’ll receive a full refund or can reschedule.

Health & Insurance

Trekking in Nepal is magical but also challenging. Please be sure you’re fit for the journey and have travel insurance that covers medical, evacuation, and trip cancellation.

Adventure Risks

The Himalayas are unpredictable—weather, landslides, or altitude can affect plans. We’ll always put safety first, but by joining us, you acknowledge these risks.
