Langtang valley is an amazingly beautiful valley, there was an existing Tibetan cultural way of life until the earthquake of April 2015. In the earthquake entirely village was swift away by the avalanche of the highest mountain Langtang Lirung. Today entire village reconstructed with the economical help of the international community. still today, we can see the terrible devastating destructive footprint of the earthquake. Despite that unfortunate incident, they have maintain their cultural way of life.

Arrive in Kathmandu, the vibrant capital city of Nepal. Transfer to your hotel and rest. In the evening, meet your trekking guide for a briefing and prepare for your adventure to the Langtang and Tamang Heritage regions.
Embark on a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi, the starting point of your trek. The drive takes you through picturesque landscapes, terraced fields, and charming villages. Arrive in Syabrubesi and prepare for the trek.
Begin your trek from Syabrubesi, ascending through terraced fields and traditional Tamang villages. The trail offers stunning views of Ganesh Himal and the Langtang range. Arrive at Gatlang, a beautiful village known for its unique culture and traditional houses.
Continue trekking through lush forests and picturesque landscapes. Tatopani, meaning “hot water,” is famous for its natural hot springs. Relax and soak in the hot springs, enjoying the therapeutic benefits after a day of trekking.
Trek through alpine meadows and forests, passing by traditional Tamang villages. Thuman is known for its rich cultural heritage and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Experience the hospitality of the local Tamang people and explore their unique traditions.
Continue trekking through beautiful landscapes, crossing rivers and traversing forests. Briddim is a picturesque village with traditional stone houses. Experience the unique homestay experience with local families, learning about their customs and way of life.
Follow the trail through dense forests of oak, rhododendron, and bamboo. The path winds along the Langtang Khola (river), offering occasional glimpses of Langtang Lirung. Arrive at Lama Hotel, a small settlement nestled in the forest.
Continue trekking through dense forests, crossing streams and passing by waterfalls. The trail gradually ascends, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Arrive at Langtang Village, a traditional Tamang village that was heavily affected by the 2015 earthquake but has since been rebuilt.
Trek through yak pastures and alpine meadows, following the trail along the Langtang River. As you ascend, the landscape becomes more rugged and barren. Arrive at Kyanjin Gompa, a beautiful monastery surrounded by stunning mountain views. Explore the area and visit the local cheese factory.
Spend the day acclimatizing to the higher altitude. You can take a hike to Kyanjin Ri (4,773 meters / 15,656 feet) or Tserko Ri (4,984 meters / 16,349 feet) for panoramic views of the Langtang range, glaciers, and surrounding peaks. Explore the monastery and enjoy the serene environment.
Retrace your steps, descending through the Langtang Valley. Enjoy the changing landscapes as you pass through alpine meadows and dense forests. Arrive back at Lama Hotel and rest for the night.
Continue descending through the beautiful Langtang Valley, following the trail back to Syabrubesi. Enjoy the last day of trekking through lush forests and charming villages. Arrive in Syabrubesi and prepare for the drive back to Kathmandu.
Embark on a scenic drive from Syabrubesi back to Kathmandu. Enjoy the changing landscapes as you descend from the mountains to the bustling city. Transfer to your hotel and rest, or explore more of Kathmandu’s cultural attractions.
Transfer to the airport for your departure flight. Bid farewell to Nepal, taking with you unforgettable memories of the Langtang and Tamang Heritage Trek and the majestic Himalayas
